About our Chapter

The North Tustin Chapter of NCL, Inc. is a vibrant group of women and their daughters in grades 7-12. All of our members reside in Tustin, North Tustin, or Tustin Ranch; or the Ticktocker daughters attend school in the Tustin Unified School District. We also have an active Sustainer group.

North Tustin Chapter currently has 266 members and provides hands-on volunteer service for 20 philanthropic organizations in the community including Max Love Project, Blind Children’s Learning Center, Ronald McDonald House, the Tustin Public Schools Foundation and Irvine Ranch Conservancy. Through this community service, NCL develops socially responsible community leaders and strengthens mother-daughter relationships. The traditional six-year core program also includes leadership development and cultural and social activities.

North Tustin Chapter’s 2018-19 President, Felicia Watkins, selected “It all started with a Girl” as the theme for the year’s activities. “For most of the patronesses, their involvement in NCL all started with their daughters.  We want to include the Ticktockers in decision making, encourage them to take charge of their activities and empower them to become leaders in both NCL and their communities” said Felicia.
